Is the grip longer on the Baretta PX4 Storm Compact model JXC9F21 to accommodate the 15 round magazine or is it the same length as the model JXC9F20?

Same length. The magazines are the same length as well between 15rd and 10rd. The 10rd is just blocked to only hold 10rds for State restrictions.
