I would contact Buds customer service to check. CALL 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. Or use the blue "Chat Now" button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday. I hope this helps!
Larry, CA is very strict and if a model number does not appear on the CA DOJ Roster then the model is usually not compliant. If you can provide the UPC of the model you reference, we can answer definitively. Thanks much!
So CA is pretty strict on their compliance and the exact model has to be o. The DOJ approved roster. Unfortunately neither of the models you stated are on the roster. The one that is approved is the CZ 97 B (Black) 01401. https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/99437 04010 or 04110 are not, CZ even addresses this on the CZ97B product information page "Due to the nature of the California DOJ Handgun Roster, we still make an older version of the 97 B specifically for the California market. Check with your local CZ-USA Authorized Dealer for availability (SKU 01401)." https://cz-usa.com/product/cz-97-b-45-acp-black-aluminum-grips-fo-front-sight-10-rd-mags/ ---------------- I found one at a small shop in Reno willing to ship he doesn't mention what model it is but it does have a magazine disconnect, and doesn't have a decocker ( both are required for the CA version) https://www.armslist.com/posts/12950656/reno-nevada-handguns-for-sale--cz--97-b--semi-automatic--da
