This firearm having a 3" cylinder should cycle 2¾" and 3" no issues, it will likely not cycle the mini shells any better. Sounds like you may have an issue with your firearm, contact emperor arms and see about warranty repair (239) 201-3757

Rommell, the mini shells will cycle worse than the 2 and 3/4 and 3 inch shells.
