Is the Browning 3 + 1 300 WSM XBolt Stalker/Black Composite Stock/2 CA compliant? It does not show on the available firearms list when the CA compliance box is checked, however the Browning XBOLT STALKER 300WSM 23SS does. The only difference I could find is one has a stainless steel barrel and the other does not.

The only restrictions for bolt action rifles in CA pertain to 50bmg (besides magazine capacity) all other rifle resrestrictions apply only to semi-auto.
This rifle is CA legal. Some times when an item is added to buds site it doesn't get categorized correctly.

Mark, yes Sir it is CA compliant. Bolt Rifles do not carry the same restrictions as Semi-Auto Rifles. Buds just needs th do a much needed update to their CA compliant listings. Cheers and stay safe!
