Steve, I have asked this and was told no. They will not ship in store inventory to your FFL either as in store inventory is for foot traffic and treated separately from online inventory. You can certainly contact Buds Customer Service in case they have changed any policies at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
