Fred, you are correct. Pump Shotguns do not carry the same restrictions as Semi-Auto Shotguns in all States including some of the rather *Strict* ones on Gun Restrictions. Cheers and stay safe!
That's correct, restrictions on semi auto but this firearm is good to go as its a pump action "Shotguns The following are prohibited: ✘ A semi-automatic shotgun with eithera magazine capacity exceeding six rounds, a folding stock or a pistol grip."
don't forget the muzzle break i'm sure is a no no
