No unfortunately the restrictions for semi-auto shotguns are pretty strict in NY. For semi auto just one banned feature disqualify it from NY. This has detachable magazine "Shotguns The following are prohibited: ✘ Semi-automatic shotguns that have one or more of the following features: 1.Folding / telescoping stock 2.Thumbhole stock 3.Fore-grip 4.Fixed magazine over 10 rounds 5.Ability to accept a detachable magazine" https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_york_restrictions.pdf
For a magazine fed shotgun in NY pump shotguns don't have the same restrictions. You might consider these https://www.budsgunshop.com/search.php/q/emperor%20King%2012/sort/relevance
Sean, shotguns with detachable magazines are not legal in NY. https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_york_restrictions.pdf
Sean, no Sir. NY (Safe Act) requirements do not allow key elements to be featured on Semi-Auto Shotguns such as Detachable Magazines (which excludes most popular Defensive/Tactical Models). This in and of itself puts law abiding citizens at a disadvantage to Semi-Auto toting criminals) Pump Shotguns are not restricted. Cheers and stay safe! https://www.budsgunshop.com/search.php/q/emperor%20King%2012/sort/relevance
