By standard ammo do you mean 6.5 Creedmoor? If I'm understanding the question correctly, no you cannot use 6.5 Creedmoor in a 6.5 PRC rifle, they are based on different parent cases and aren't interchangeable. While the bullet in each cartridge is the same 6.5 PRC is a longer and larger diameter case.

Russ, no Sir, they are not interchangeable in the oppositely chambered firearm. Cheers and stay safe!
