The inventory for their retail stores and for the online buissnes are separate, they have been for awhile. 
They are still doing online sales of guns, ammo, and accessories. They just need to keep the lights on at the retail stores, keep their employees employed at the retail stores, and its a way to give back to their customers in their own community.

Buds website has pretty good filter options, you can set the filter to show on stock only. And this will show all the ammo that is available for purchase online.

If you still can't find what your looking for you can check sites like ammobuy.com and ammoseek.com

Shad, Bud's has not stopped shipping ammo. Some items are for sale in store only.

Shad, unfortunately Buds treats in store inventory for firearms and other products separate from online inventory. I have spoke with Buds on this and they will not ship in store inventory.
