Scott, no this is not legal in the Peoples Republik of NJ. It has too many "evil" features--- Adjustable stock, threaded barrel, pistol grip, and 30 rd magazine. https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf
