No in order for a handgun to be legal in California it must pass a series of tests performed by the state of California department of Justice, the CA Doj has not tested or certified a y new handguns in many years. So while this revolver has no banned features it also hasn't been tested, and added to the list, its not right how CA treats its "Subjects"
