That will mount to a CZ scorpion, it mounts directly to a picatiny rail like the Scorpion has in top. As for would it be good? Depends on what you are using it for? Range toy? Sure. Home defense, or competition? No. The optic window doesn't have much supporting it and could easily break if it was impacted or dropped, for home defense/competitive shooting id go with something more rugged Sig romeo5, Sig MSR, Vortex crossfire Are all good durable and reasonably priced.
