NO, the revolver is not on CA gun roster. Single action revolvers with a capacity of 5-10 rounds, a 3" or greater barrel and a 7.5" or greater overall length are exempt from the CA DOJ BOF approved list. Heritage Barkeep barrel is 2" which is too short for this exception. I hope this helps!

Keith, no Sir. The Barkeep's barrel is one inch too short for CA's taste. CA does not allow any barrel under 3 inches even with normally exempt Single Action Revolvers.
