It unfortunately is not legal in MD. For a handgun to be considered legal in MD it has to be on the MD approved handgun roster, and while that bond arms pistol doesn't have any banned features it has not been reviewed and certified by the state of MD Full list here https://pilot-mdsp.maryland.gov/Organization/Pages/CriminalInvestigationBureau/LicensingDivision/Firearms/FirearmSearch.aspx

Walter, no Sir, spoke with Bond Arms and has no plans to get it on the MD Handgun Roster. Cheers and stay safe!
