Anthony, I'm afraid the answer is the same. Neither Buds nor any other vendor can pinpoint an eta for Reserve orders. We are still in a sustained high demand and low supply market due to obvious reasons. If you want to order, order and if the time frame gets ridiculous, you can cancel without penalty. Cheers and I hope you find what you want sooner rather than later.
No one ( even buds) can say for sure, buds doesn't do a whole lot of reserve sales, and only offer this option when they have a commitment from the manufacturer. I'd think it is very likely that they'll have these back in stock and ready to ship within 90 days. Buds official answer on the availability "Products marked with RESERVE ITEM are temporarily out of stock but you may proceed to order and receive your item(s) from our next shipment. We only offer this option when we have a commitment from our supplier on the next incoming shipment. By placing an order for this item now, you are also securing the current advertised price regardless of any future price increases. We cannot guarantee the ship date of Reserve Items. However, if your item is still not available after 90 days, and you no longer wish to wait, you may request a full refund. Canceling a "Reserve Order" within the first 90 days will result in a 10% cancellation fee."
