There is a difference between bore sighted and zeroed, bore sighted (which is what this combo is) is to get you on paper and will help you use less rounds to get it zeroed. Even if it was zeroed at the factory you'd still need to check and likely adjust the zero for your specific ammo and distances you'd be shooting at, you probably already knew that, but at least one of the people answering this question did not.
