It's a high velocity hollow point round, 29gr projectile, Muzzle velocity 1215 feet per second. Standard rounds are 40grain and travel at 1040fps. Cci velocitor is even higher 40gr bullet at 1450fps.

Howard, those were 1997 started issue, and were arguably of the best quality 22 rimfire ammunition. Looks like that feller was looking for this for sentimental reasons or to collect an original release box.
