No the only off roster exemption un California are for single action revolvers

NO, this CANNOT be ship to California because it is not on the roster. The only exemption is single action revolver with minimum barrel length of 4 inches. I hope this helps!

Geddy, unfortunately no Sir. If it is not on the CA DOJ Roster as a Semi-Auto, an FFL would be jeopardizing there Federal License to ship to CA. Cheers and stay safe!
