Just read through a whole thread dedicated to this question on the Sig forums. And there are many who believe it'll work, but none of them have ever tried it. Id look for a conversion kit.

James, no Sir it will not. Only the Sig .40S&W to .357Sig or vice versa will work. You would need a complete 9mm Slide/Barrel/Magazine Sir.
No, you need the 9mm slide for the 320. The 9 barrel won't completely fit tightly in the 40 slide. 40-9 conversion barrels for Glocks and other gun are milled to specifically fit the 40 slide.
