Does your CZ75 pre-B have a rounded trigger guard? I most cases YES, your pre B CZ75 will take B magazine. The pre-B pistol with a rounded trigger guard is an exception to this rule. Some pre B's with the rounded trigger guard won't accept B mags unless you modify the inside of the frame a bit. I hope this helps!
