YES, silver cerakote is a very matte finish hence why it looks very grey. Unfortunately, this is the case with my wrangler too.

Mark, same deal here. Buds often uses older or outdated stock photo's so I usually search the model on the Manufacturers website to get the best picture representation. Cheers and stay safe!
