Yes, as long as the ammunition is labeled .22 short, .22 long, or .22 long rifle. This revolver will NOT shoot .22 magnum, .22 Winchester rimfire (also sometimes referred to as .22 Winchester super long), or .22 Remington automatic (only used in a model 15 Remington).
