Look on the barrel of the pistol...it will state the caliber it is...how about the owners manual??.

Just looked up the gun model...its a 9mm

Rachel, this model comes in 9mm. They supplied .380 ammo by mistake. Immediately stop firing these and contact them directly for resolution. 9mm is size 9x19mm and .380 is 9x17mm which is shorter and less powerful and will not cycle the pistol as you have already experienced. Cheers and stay safe!
