Lawrence yes just select them at check out and if it says buds needs a copy of their ffl, hit the button that says "select ffl later" then complete your transaction and afterwards contact your ffl a d have them submit a copy of their license to buds. add your preferred local FFL to our list by simply having them fax us a copy of their FFL to (800) 804-5569.
