Lloyd, products are not actually physically procured until after checkout and payment. Item can go out of stock/be purchased by others who complete the checkout process. Placing products in you cart does not hold items for you. Cheers and stay safe!

The distributor that had it in stock most likely sold out of them and Buds site hadn't updated yet. The site updates inventory every 20 minutes and a lot of times things are sold out before the site updates. Bud's doesn't have every single item on their site in their possession, they just reflect what distributors has in stock.

Jeff Quinn was the Man, I learned a lot from Gunblast.com and this is a beautiful tribute piece of which only 500 were made, their going on (G)unBr0ker for alot more then retail but as James said inventory is not secured until its paid for, if they held it just because it was in someone's cart they'd lose alot of money, because people would hold items that they had no intention of buying. Sorry you didn't get one, hopefully you can still find one somewhere with out getting railed to bad in the price.
