Kirby, no Sir, this loader is designed to Load .22 Long Rifle Rounds and not the longer 17HMR/22Magum rounds.

No maglula doesn't make a loader for 17hmr but there are other companies that do, like this one https://www.ebay.com/itm/Thumb-Saver-magazine-Loader-for-Savage-93-22-Magnum-17-HMR-/163557835244
