Question to the community.... NJ Mag limit is 10. I contacted the FFL and they stated they can modify for additional cost. Will Bud's still ship the product as is despite it exceeding the mag limit?

John, if magazine capacity is the ONLY state restriction,  Buds personnel have offered to remove/replace magazines. I would contact Buds Customer Service to see whether or not they will at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

You can use buds magazine removal service, and buds will ship this handgun without magazines, they will not ship non compliant magazines to be modified by a 3rd party. So you could get this pistol through buds then purchase compliant magazines separately. Just add the item to your cart then during check out there should be an option that says "remove high capacity magazines" select that option and your good to go.
