If I were to purchase this CZ 75 listed as in poor condition , to do a pet project of restoration , then contacting CZ USA for parts I would be looking for parts for CZ 75 and no other designation ?

This is correct James. The slide is marked Model 75 only, no letter designation.

yes it takes stander cz 75 parts

Some of the parts may be different but will work. The pre-B has a short reset so the disconnect is different and the recoil spring is shorter by a few coils but can be cut to work. The safety detent is different. It has no firing pin safety either so the firing pin is slightly different but should fit. The mag well is smaller too so filing it wider may be part of the project so modern standard mags will fit it. CZ-USA has parts for it no matter what.
