Comes with what James said and the P is for Parkerized Night/Combat sights. The L comes with 3 dot Tritium sights.

The P generally refers to the "Package." They came with everything James said plus a holster and double magazine pouch. To mt knowledge, Springfield no longer includes these with their guns, hence why they dropped the P.
