Unfortunately, Buds made significant changes to the website a few weekends ago and a lot of features are missing or not working.

Ronald, there have been a recent website redesign Sir. You can click the Red Button with 3 stripes in the upper left and then click Wish List of you can click your Cart icon in the upper right and your Wish List green buttons will appear at the bottom of your Cart. Cheers and stay safe!

I've honestly never seen the pop up window for the wishlist. I've always accessed it from the top left drop down window. Wishlist can still be found here https://www.budsgunshop.com/mobile/saving_cart.php
