Yes you can unless you live in CA, CT, NY, NJ, IL, NH or any of those other restrictive states, if your not sure if your in a restrictive state add ammo to your cart and go to checkout, if it makes you select an ffl your in one of the aforementioned states ,if not continue check and wait for the ups truck
