Is the background check cost included with fll transfer fees? I see varying fees from flls, with some indicating that b/c is included and some flls that do not mention it.

It varies by state, and in some states varies by city and county, I'm in Springfield Oregon and it is a flat rate $30 which includes the transfer and background check.

This is the same all across Oregon.
in general most places have just the one fee that covers the whole transaction,
 For a definitive answer I'd call an FFL in your area as they will be most familiar with your local laws.

In NJ the NICS fee is $15, on top of the transfer fee from your FFL. Best to check with your local FFL.

It varies but averages around $25 for transfer and background check by FFL. I'm from Chicago and some FFL charges as much as $50 for transfer and background check. Call around and check the website. I hope this helps!
