Yes but you'll need to select the "buds high capacity magazine removal service at check out" and also you should be aware that buds doesn't replace the magazines with the compliant versions, you'll have to order those. Another thing you might consider is most manufacturers (including Glock) make state compliant version that already come with 10rd magazines Right now the compliant magazine model is out of stock at buds, but is in stock here https://gun.deals/search/apachesolr_search/764503175022

Jamal, yes Bud's will remove the magazines for you. During checkout, after choosing your FFL, a box will pop up asking if you want the mags removed.
