Stephen, no this one is not. Single action revolvers need to have a barrel length of at least 3" and an overall length of 7 1/2". https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/california_restrictions.pdf

Stephen, no Sir. The barrel is too short for CA's taste. Minimum of 3 inches is it and this pistol has a 2 inch barrel. Cheers and stay safe!
