Richard, it has too many 'evil' features for NY. Telescoping stock, pistol grip, threaded barrel, and flash hider. https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_york_restrictions.pdf

It can ship to any FFL in NY. Your FFL would have to pin the magazine which is like a $5 part and then it is NY legal and can then be transferred to you.
