No not NJ compliant. The following are prohibited in NJ- ✘Semi-automatic rifles that are capable of receiving a detachable magazine and has at least two of the following features: 1.Folding / telescoping stock 2.Pistol grip 3.Bayonet lug 4.Flash suppressor 5.Threaded barrel 6.Grenade launcher. This rifle is semi auto and has 3 additional banned features.

This model has too many NJ restricted features such as pistol grip, telescoping stock and threaded barrel / flash hider while being a semi-auto and the magazine capacity is over 10rds as well.
