I heard from various sources that, around 2016, Uberti eliminated the first click of the C-O-L-T action in this revolver with the introduction of a retractable firing pin. Are these rumors about a new 3-click action true? If so, I'll have to go look for another nickel Colt SAA clone, which would be very disappointing since this SAA clone has one of the highest reputations around. Thanks in advance!

Trent, this is true on this model Sir. Floating Firing Pin allows these newer revolvers to be safely carried with all 6 rounds loaded. Cheers and stay safe!

YES, the post-2016 revolver has a Floating Firing Pin with 3-click since it is safer to carry with 6 rounds loaded. Look for the pre-2016 model if you want the original 4 clicks. Check G(un)B(broker) and SASS Wire Forum. Old pre-2016 regularly appears on sale there. I hope this helps
