This gun is single action only, has 5 rounds, has a 4" barrel, and is exactly 7½" overall length so yes it is good to go in CA. It should be LEGAL since there is a CA single-action revolver exception. In order to qualify, the revolver barrel has to be 3" or more, and the overall length has to be at least 7.5".
