Yes you could, depending on local hunting regulations, you'd likely have to pin the tube mag, as most places limit the capacity of a shotgun when used for hunting, the limit is a 3 rd capacity where in my state (Oregon) but will vary by state and sometimes even by county
Rosendo, technically you could, but....this gun is more geared toward home security with it's fixed cylinder choke. You really want something with at least a full choke, preferably an xtra full choke or turkey choke. And, as Paul stated, you would have to put a plug in the magazine to limit it to 3 rounds. The Winchester SXP Turkey would be something to consider >>>> https://www.winchesterguns.com/products/shotguns/sxp/current/sxp-turkey.html
Rosendo, yes but check your local State laws for Magazine capacity restriction. Most States limit 3 rounds in the shotgun total so you would need a plug to limit tube capacity to 2 rounds (I have used a wooden dowel) or you can purchase this : https://www.amazon.com/MAVERICK-GAUGE-Wood-Shell-Limit/dp/B01LY9BXZX
It is not the intended use of the weapon, although you can hunt with any gun, this one is geared more for protection. There are much better choices to turkey hunt with. "IF" you do opt this pathway, do as others here have suggested and get a plug to limit the number of shells.
