I see where the Orange has DA/SA, but I can't tell if the SA has adjustable rear sights. Seems like not much difference for $700 difference in price. I don't need/like DA , only single action, so it seems like a no brainer. Am I missing something??

Herb, the SA does have adjustable Rear Sights. Price difference is likely due to the number of each model in stock with the lower stock pistol being higher in price. Cheers and stay safe!

The Shadow 2 SA is a factory gun, the Shadow 2 Orange is from the CZ Custom shop and is tuned up quite a bit over the Shadow 2.  The slide/frame is hand fitted as is the barrel bushing similar to a 1911.  The action tuning, hand craftsmanship set is apart from the Shadow 2 in price.
