No, just regular striker fire. The P99 was the first and last of it's kind from Walther.
No Decockers are for hammer fired pistols, the Walther pdp is a striker fired gun. The PDP will have a little bit of take up in the trigger on your 1st shot, then it will have a short reset to a shorter wall for follow up shots, but will have a consistent trigger pull weight all the way through. The decocker on a hammer fired gun is so you can safely carry in double action, (which gives you a heavier trigger pull for the 1st shot) while the follow up shot in single action will be much shorter and lighter. This Pistol also has no manual safety. So a quality all kydex holster, that completely covers the trigger is recommended for carry. I like Darkstar gears Orion holster.
NO, PDP is strike fire pistol and does NOT have a decocker like the P99. I hope this helps
