You'll need to remove the rear sight that comes with it in order to mount a carry handle, but besides that it should be a perfect replacement and should line up with the front sight post as well.

NO, Colt CR6920 is mil-spec so any good quality mil-spec carry handle fit perfectly and alight with the front sight. I highly recommend Colt carry handle. Of course, you will need to remove the rear sight....which is very easy. I hope this helps!

Yes, it will block you being able to use your rear irons but there are many carry handles that have built in rear sights that will work, with the front sight post on this rifle
