Yes. Ammo and long guns, and accessories may be purchased in store by out of state residents, just not handguns. And any items purchased that are not compliant with your home state can not be brought into your home state.

Chase, yes Sir. Ammunition purchases does not have State line restrictions same as Long Guns (Rifles and Shotguns). Handguns can only be purchased and transferred through your State of residence. Cheers and stay safe!
