Yes you can purchase this firearm and have it shipped to Hawaii. When your checking out there will be a box for you to select "buds high capacity magazine removal service" they will remove the prohibited magazines, but will not replace them with compliant ones, you'll need to purchase those. Michael, yes, you have the option to remove the high capacity mags during checkout. After you choose your FFL, a box will pop up asking if you want them removed. Just be advised Bud's does not replace the magazines, it will be up to you to get the 10 rounders. Make sure you can get 10 rd mags before ordering.
