Robert, the Black Ice has two-tone Kimpro finish and DLC coated barrel for extreme durability, compared to TiN coated barrel. The Black Ice also has Black Rapide G10 grips, instead of Gray/ Black WavZ G10 grips

Robert, only the coating finish and grips are different Sir. Black Ice has two-tone Kimpro finish and DLC coated barrel and the Rapide 10 mm has the TiN coating. The price is more a factor of how many of each is in stock. Cheers and stay safe!
