James, Recoil is generally the same across the different Bull Pup Shotgun designs. The Semi-Auto operation takes some of the sting of recoil off and is slightly less felt recoil compared to Pumps. This will put you somewhere in between compared to your Saiga semi-auto. Cheers and stay safe!
