That depends on your state and local laws. The minimum age of 18 is imposed for possession of long guns for most states with few exceptions. According to Buds, YOU are at least eighteen (18) years of age if purchasing long guns or long gun ammunition or ammunition components. Please check your local laws.

Kenneth, yes Sir you can in most States no issue. You must be 21 for handguns of course. Cheers and stay safe!
