Warranty claims have to go through the manufacturer, not Bud's. Ammo could be the issue, always best to try a variety if possible.
I've shot a bunch of armscor 9mm ammo through my pistols with no issues, some guns are picky to certain types of ammo though so if possible I'd try another brand, and weight of ammo, alot of foreign pistols like stryer are designed to run with 124gr Nato spec ammo, and don't cycle well with under power 115gr. Id also make sure you properly cleaned andubed the pistol.
