James, it is not +P and will be fine in the SDS 1911. It uses a lighter 150gr bullet to achieve Muzzle velocity of 1150 fps at standard pressure.

Not ➕P but I was just watching some balistics test videos on this stuff and it leaves a gnarly wound channel, I haven't had a chance to shoot any yet, but it seems like it really performs well.
