YES, this shotgun IS NJ LEGAL. It does not have pistol grip and have less than 6rd magazine capacity. Check NJ laws HERE ( https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf ) I hope this helps!
